- Enter credit card number (MasterCard or Visa only) via our secure server. Your
cc# will be retrieved and processed only by Otter Creek.
- Submit order online, then Phone in your credit card information.
- Print out the online order form and mail to Otter Creek along with check, money order, or credit card information.
