A.  I do not use a straight fish oil, I want to add to it.  Fish oil is a good addition to stretch your dollar.  Fish oil does well as a tailing scent. #9.  Do baits and lures have to smell bad? A.  No, they sure do not.  Not every animal eats only dead and tainted food.  find what they are eating, which is often ripe fruits and berries. #8.  Can Otter be lured into a set? A.  They can be lured to the area but are not easily lured right into the set. #7.  What should I add in fish to preserve it? A.  Salt #6.  Can I stretch a coon on a fox board? A.  Not really a good idea, their nose, shoulder and width at the bottom are too different.  #5.  Should my beam be rounded? A.  No, flat beamed down the center removing more fat and meat easier, but the nose should be rounded and side tapered to fit the skin. #4.  Is speed dip better than log wood? We do make a kit for bait makers, but sodium benzoate is added to stop action. #2.  Do I have to buy new urine every year? A.  No, not unless you have contaminated it.  To store it, seal it and store it in a dark, cool place. #1.  Will Otter Creek lures catch more than any other brand out there? A.  If you use them right and you are a good trapper.  Preparation of traps and finding location will b a big help.  As for lures, we do make lures that make catching animals a lot easier.
